We’re sorry you received a defective lens 😔. Please email us at sales@o-lens.co.in with the following details:

👉 Order ID (e.g. OL123456789)
👉 Clear photos/videos of the defective lens
👉 Unboxing video (if available)
👉 Type of defect
👉 Whether the defect is in one lens or both lenses

📌 Please note: As per our policy, we can process returns only for factory manufacturing defects. Issues due to customer mishandling are not eligible.
